准备开学摆摊卖小吃，council 的 street trading 许可怎么搞？

想在伯明翰开学季周末在 market 附近摆个摊卖煎饼，不长期，就几周试试水。查了 council 网站有点晕，street trading consent 和 food hygiene 注册是两个东西吗？摊位小是不是也要单独申请？有没有人摆过，流程大概多久？

两个都要。food hygiene 注册是免费的，但最好提前 28 天，street trading 要交钱还要看位置。

market 那边管得严，没证被查到直接没收，别抱侥幸。
