下周要去GP，想提前练一下。我准备说：I have a sore throat and a fever since three days ago, and it hurts when I swallow. 还有：I feel dizzy and have no appetite. 不知道这样医生能听懂吗？有没有人知道更地道的说法？

可以，医生能听懂。再加一句I have been taking paracetamol but it doesn't help. 会显得你试过药了。

说since three days不太对，应该是for three days。

GP一般会问你有没有cough, headache, 有没有travel history，提前想好。
